Give, serve, and help neighbors find dignity, friendship, and a hot meal in Jesus’ name.

Across Pittsburgh and the Ohio Valley, many of our neighbors are unhoused or facing food insecurity. Families live in food deserts with limited access to fresh meals. Others struggle with economic hardship, unemployment, or barriers to healthcare and mental health resources. Too often, the result is not just empty stomachs but empty hope. Powerful, healthy communities exist only when we care for the most vulnerable among us — and right now, too many are left behind.
Steel City Table is more than a food pantry. It is a movement of hospitality and holistic care. What began as a local response on Pittsburgh's Southside has quickly grown into a community hub where meals, relationships, and resources come together.
Your financial support makes a difference! Steel City Table, Inc. (EIN 33-4509311) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. All donations are tax-deductible.
Our primary focus is serving free, hot, sit-down community meals at 2700 Jane Street on Tuesday and Thursday evenings at 5:30pm.
We’re located on the corner of S 27th St & Jane St in the South Side of Pittsburgh.
Midland is a deeply underserved community in Western Beaver County in the Ohio Valley. A once-thriving steel town, Midland was devastated by the industry's collapse in the 1980's, and it's isolated location has been a substantial barrier to recovery. Steel City Table is honored to be invited to partner with The Center in Midland to address food insecurity and support their ministries. We are taking first steps in late 2025 to launch in 2026. We would love to have your support!

Over 3,500 meals served to those who are unhoused and families facing food insecurity.
Each table creates space for belonging, dignity, and hope.
In a time when volunteerism is often deprioritized, people are catching the vision: already logging over 2,000 volunteer hours in just the first few months.
Expanding beyond food, we plan to offer job training, medical access, and mental health support so families can not only survive, but thrive.
